Gala evening 60 to 280 guests

• Meeting room rental
• Furniture, audiovisual equipment, internet connection
• Depending on the weather, arrangement of outdoor spaces (Led furniture or pallets)
• Catering: Amuse-bouches x6, Seated dinner (see example) or seated Gala cocktail (see example)
• Wines: Cuvée Prestige and Cuvée Carpe Diem du Château, Champagne (1 bottle for 4)
• Possibility of DJ entertainment and night bar
• Possibility of “Casino du Vin” entertainment in Cocktail Format.

Approximate course of the evening

• 3:45 pm: Arrival of the reception coordinator, reception of the teams
• 4:00 pm: Arrival of our first butler for equipment control
• 5:00 pm: Arrival of the installation team
• 7:15 pm: Team ready for their job
• 7:30 pm: Welcome of your guests in the gardens then service of the aperitif cocktail
• 7:30 pm: Sitting dinner
• 11:00 pm: Approximate end of the event (unless DJ entertainment and night bar)
• 12:00 am: Departure of our teams
